Carrie

Lead Customer Service Representative

Carrie’s love and passion for animals started when she was just a little girl growing up in Saco, Maine, with 7 Boston Terriers! In 2009, Carrie moved to California where one of her first jobs was at the Humane Society in Berkeley. That is where she adopted her little Chihuahua, Sara.

Carrie has worked at a few different veterinary hospitals in her career, and couldn’t imagine choosing another career path. Carrie moved back to the area in 2017, along with little Sara. Her passion is the well being and safety of all animals. She says she could not ask for a better group of people to work with than at the Biddeford Animal Hospital.

Kelly

Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)

Kelly has always had a love of animals. Her first job was as a sales associate at Twin City Pets in Biddeford. Kelly moved on from there and joined the BAH team in the late 90’s. She has taken time off here and there to raise her three children with her high school sweetheart, whom she married in 1996. She has always returned to BAH, and considers it her home-away-from-home.

She has a passion for helping people and animals alike. She shares her home with her husband, their three children, and their many adopted furry, finned, and scaled friends (including sugar gliders, guinea pigs, rabbits, ferrets, cats, fish, a turtle, a dog, and a blue-tongued skink). When she finds the time, Kelly also enjoys singing, knitting, hiking, MMORPGs, and artwork.

Mackensey

Customer Service Representative

Mackensey’s passion and love for animals all started when she was growing up on a farm in Saco, Maine with chickens, pigs, and cows. Mackensey has worked at various animal facilities including dog kennels and the emergency department but nothing has steered her away from this path. Mackensey currently lives with her husband and their two dogs: Shanks and Drogo and two cats: Creed and Autumn. In her free time, Mackensey can be found at the gym, in her garden and reading a nice book in a cozy corner.
