What to Expect:

In your search for a veterinary facility, we believe you should expect high quality care as well as great service.  Our goal has been to assemble a veterinary health care team committed to providing exceptional client service and veterinary health care.  Our commitment to you is to continue to offer great service and a state of the art veterinary facility.

Your pet's annual vet check-up will include a full physical exam of your pet, from head to tail.  Our appointment scheduling allows more than ample time to get all your questions answered.  We have numerous handouts and reference materials regarding your pet’s health and behavior which we would be glad to provide at no additional charge.  Our goal is for you to leave our hospital knowing that you have received the best care possible for you and your pet.

In between visits to your veterinarian, it's a good idea for you to keep an accurate medical diary, not only of the procedures and vaccinations your pet receives at our hospital, but also of notes on things like your pet's habits and any physical changes or unusual occurrences. Keep track of small shifts in your pet's behavior, including urinary marking habits and mood swings, along with diet and routine modifications. Take these notes with you to the exam. These seemingly minor items may be of great value to you and the doctor in discussing any concerns or changes in your pet.
